Pork tenderloin

Having 60-70 people for a couples shower and want to serve my marinaded perk tenderloin. Can I cook it on the grill and the put in a low temp oven, covered to finish it. Member won't dry put?

Yes, it can dry out.

Pull from grill at internal temp of 145, Let stand at least 15 minutes before slicing. Prepare a pork broth to moisten the pan, or in a pinch use chicken; or do a sauce or gravy. Plenty of moisture in the pan. Cover tightly (foil). Hold in a preheated 180 oven or roaster.
