Having 60-70 people for a couples shower and want to serve my marinaded perk tenderloin. Can I cook it on the grill and the put in a low temp oven, covered to finish it. Member won't dry put? |

Yes, it can dry out. Pull from grill at internal temp of 145, Let stand at least 15 minutes before slicing. Prepare a pork broth to moisten the pan, or in a pinch use chicken; or do a sauce or gravy. Plenty of moisture in the pan. Cover tightly (foil). Hold in a preheated 180 oven or roaster.
