Having a graduation party expecting 200 people. Self serve, 5-8:00pm, mainly adults. The brisket and pork loin will be sliced.

Brisket (raw) - 80lbs
Pork loin (raw) - 50 lbs
Buns (med to larger) - 300
Potato Salad - ?
Potato Chips - ?

Am I close?

Brisket (raw) - 80lbs
Pork loin (raw) - 50 lbs
Plenty meat. Need sauce, 1 cup per 5-6.
Sliced onions, 8 pounds per 100
Tomatoes, 12 pounds per 100
Pickles 1 gallon per 100
Look on sandwich planning page, for mustard, mayo, etc.
Buns (med to larger) - 300, plenty, some left, or can do slider size, 1 dozen per 5 people

Potato Salad - 8-9 gallon
Add slaw, 5-6 gallons

Potato Chips - 1 pound per 12, 1 pint dip per pound

Fruit trays would be good addition, see the fruit tray page.
