Looking at your spaghetti sauce recipe for a crowd, can you please tell me what serving size portion that is based on so we can accurately serve the dish? Sorry if it's there and I missed it! |

Meaty marinara, generous, about 1 1/2 cups per person The Alfredo style sauce makes about 5 gallons, as it is usually stirred into the pasta. A bit less than a cup per person. This is also the suggested amount for the spaghetti dinner for 50-60. Hope that helps. |
