02/08/06 		i am hosting a housewarming and there will be about 60 guests. i will serve stuffed mushrooms, spinach dip, 7 layer mexican dip, meatballs, chicken salad, cheeses and veggies, punch. how much should i prepare?

02/08/06 		Depends in part on what time of day and how many hours of party. Also whether there is alcohol. The appetizer quantity guide in Big Pots has a pretty thorough explanation, and there are recipes to help you with the quantity estimates.
