I am catering a function for approx 250-300 people. The function starts at 7:30pm. We are doing petite sandwiches: chicken salad and ham salad. How many pounds of ham are needed? Planning on using spiral cut hams.How many pounds of bone-in chicken are needed ? I want to make 150 chicken and 150 ham sandwiches. Other apps will be served. |

I think you need the article on tea sandwiches for 250 on this site: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/recep2.html? For this type reception after dinner. you really do need the amount specified, about 800 pieces, which is about 300 whole sandwiches. |
