hi I was wondering how many pounds of pork loin (for pulled pork) is needed to feed 225 to 250 people. Also how much cole slaw, baked beans and Mac and cheese? Thank you! |

Trish, there are many posts of this menu for this many people already up, including cautions about using shoulder instead of loin, having a meatless alternative for non-pork eaters, and the need for an appetizer plan. Please look them over, then post any further concerns, or your estimates for me to check. |
