I am wanting to have BBQ chopped beef to top baked potatoes for a luncheon for about 70 people. How much beef should I purchase if they come in 5lbs tubs? |

3 tubs, use a 1/4 cup scoop, and have other toppings- see the potato bar for 100 page. Do 3/4 the amount for 100 for any toppings. |
