I will be having 2 meats for shredded meat sandwiches, service 100+? people. 1 will be shredded turkey and the other pulled pork. How many # should I plan on? |

I allow 1 pound per 4, especially with teens. 5 large or 12 slider buns per pound. Do provide a crock of vegetarian sausages or patties for any non-meat eaters. allow 1 gallon pickles and aboiut 6 pounds sliced onions.
