Hi Ellen, Will you please tell me if I have enough of the following for 300 guests? Wedding reception 4:00 p.m. Teriyaki Chicken - 90 lbs chicken breast, BBQ sliders - 90 lbs chopped BBQ, 36 lbs bread, variety BBQ sauces, Baked Brie Bites 2 per person, chocolate dipped strawberries 2 per per person, 10 gallons sweet tea 10 gallons lemonade, 10 gallons unsweet tea. Thank you for your help!

Many guests will try to eat an early dinner, so I suggest you bulk out this menu a bit.

Teriyaki Chicken - 90 lbs chicken breast,
BBQ sliders - 90 lbs chopped BBQ,
This would make more than 500 full size sandwiches, or over 1000 sliders. suggest just 60 pounds
36 pounds bread, OK. I usually do 12 slider rolls per pound, that would be over 700 sliders
variety BBQ sauces, 1 cup per 8

Suggest you add at least 2 deluxe fruit trays (fruit tray page, bottom) and 3 classic relish trays (veggie tray page, top)

Suggest you add a pasta salad with 16-18 pounds dry pasta, can be made ahead. Rotini, radiatore, or bowties.

Suggest 4 gallons slaw.

Brie Bites 2 per person, OK, none left
chocolate dipped strawberries 2 per per person, OK

Assuming cake also.

10 gallons sweet tea, at least 15
10 gallons lemonade, at least 12
10 gallons unsweet tea, 8-9 OK
