Need help!

I need to cook for 200 people the menu as follows
Smoked chicken
Potato salad
pinto beans
sliced bread

If buffet, I would plan:

Smoked chicken- Quarter per person plus 10%
Potato salad-4 gallons per 100
pinto beans-3 gallons (8 pounds dry) per 100
sliced bread -12-14 pounds per 100

Slaw (3 gallons per 100) or salad (see plan for 100 list) would be an excellent addition.
