For my daughter's graduation we are having a brunch line and planning food for 300 guests. Do you know what percentage of people eat biscuits and gravy? I personally don't, but I've heard it is a popular item. How many biscuits and how many pounds of gravy would you recommend? Thanks!! |

2 biscuits per person for everyone, sausage gravy for 200 from this site; www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/sausage.html Of course,it is affected by what else you are serving, but this will put you in the ball park. |
