keeping breadsticks warm without hardening

05/17/15 		I'm catering a graduation party and making deep fried ravioli and breadsticks. How can I keep them warm during the party without the breadsticks getting hard and the ravioli getting soggy?

I don't know any way to achieve these outcomes fully. For some improvement, cover the items with a clean cotton dish towel instead of a solid cover.
