Meats: 44 lbs of smoked Boston Butt for sandwiches 42 lbs of Bbq chicken leg quarters way too much meat for 50 people; do just 25 quarters and cut some apart after cooking, do 25 pounds pork, and you will probably still have some left Sides: 2 gal. potato salad, 2 gal. baked beans, 48 ears of corn on the cob (break some in half), 50 bags of single serve chips, OK, chips left
Bread: 100 buns, 80 plenty Fruit: 12 lbs of frozen fruit to make fruit cups of 4 oz each, OK Veggie: 7 lbs for tray of carrots, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli. Plenty, 2 pints Ranch Condiments: Ranch for dipping veggies and Bbq sauce (purchased bulk sizes of each) Dessert: 60 cupcakes Drinks: 64 /8 oz bottled waters, 4 gal. sweet tea, 2 gal. unsweetened tea, and 3 gal. lemonade Fine, may want to get a gallon of light lemonade also. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
