allow 1 pound per 8, people LOVE real bread. Get 2 pounds block butter per 100 people, get a jar of nut butter (I like cashew) and a jar of good jam or marmalade or preserves poured over a pound of cream cheese per 100, and 2 pound block of a good cheese.
