I am having a casual wedding reception with around 120 people. I am having it catered however we are doing our own appetizers. Our reception will be taking place at the same venue as the wedding. we will only have about 45 min in between the wedding and the reception. My question is how many appetizers should we prepare. We are thinking an Italian theme such as summer sausage, salami, pepperoni, olives, etc. What and how much do you suggest? |

summer sausage, salami, pepperoni, 1 pound per 8-10 people, distribute to your taste/ what you want if there are leftovers olives, 4-5 quarts, provide a place for the pits marinated vegetables, 5 quarts, can use the recipe for antipasto veg on this site, or commercial gardeniera 6-8 quarts cherry or grape tomatoes 6 pounds cubed cheeses, perhaps dressed with Italian dressing or seasoned olive oil 9-10 pounds bread sticks, not large, 2 per person |
