I always suggest chicken tenders instead of regular fried chicken at weddings, much simpler to eat and no bone disposal problem. All of these foods have good rcipes on the site and the quantity for 100 tables will fill you in on amounts for salads, breads, etc. When you have prepared an estimate, email it to me and I will review it for you. |

My stepson is getting married. They are expecting over 150. I'm looking for some apitizers to fix. The main one i'm looking for is a good spinach ball recipe. Thanks... |

Maria, Debbie, Lisa, I am so sorry this thread got buried and you did not get a timely individual response, but I hope you foound the appetizer quantities page and the plan for 100 page that answered these questions. For example, the sandwich event page has all about setting up the sandwich table for 100 people. Lisa, I am not sure when you say spianch balls, do you mean the big one with cream cheese that is a spread, or the little pop in your mouth bites? I have a recipe for those in the OAMC section (do a search on spinach) but there are a LOT of appetizer bites, dips and spreads around this site. Start at the appetizer quantity planning page and go from there. |
