Making lemonade for 100

05/21/15 		Need to make lemonade for a reception and do not want to use powdered mix. Question: How much lemon juice to sugar & water? Is it best to make a simple syrup first?

05/23/15 		Yes, simple syrup is good.

I used to make 1 gallon using 1 cup honey and 3 cups of lemon juice. You would double the sugar for straight sugar.

Or consider frozen concentrate- it's good, and inexpensive.
