Hi! I am making a side dish of loaded potato casserole for 130 people for wedding reception. How many pounds of raw potatoes are needed and if I assemble the ingredients in deep, full size steam pans after cooking the potatoes,and refrigerate overnight, how long should I plan to bake them and at what oven temp? Thanks! |

about 50 pounds. Preheat oven, allow 2 hours at 350, covered until last 20 minutes. When at 160 in the middle, turn to 189 to hold. |
