I am having roughly 275-300 people and I would like to know how many pounds of potatoes to get for cut up potatoes ( im serving them with butter and chives in a roaster) Thank you! also I am doing caramelized baby carrots. how many of this also. |

About 60 pounds of carrots. Between 95-120 pounds of potatoes, depending on what else is served. The roaster, you will need 6 roasters to hole that much potato. Remember that each roaster uses a full circuit, 2 on the same circuit can blow it. |
