I'm having a graduation party for approximately 175-200 people. I'm making 200 stuffed cabbage, 35 lbs. pulled chicken and ordering 5 trays of wraps (21 pcs. Per tray). Also, there will be potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, tossed salad, fruit. I'm ordering 200 slider buns.Do you think that is enough food? It's a late afternoon party. Thank you! |

That's enough entrees, but you have enough chicken for 175 full size rolls or over 300 slider buns. You need 6-7 gallons of potato salad, 5 of slaw, 5-6 of pasta salad, and 1-1 1/2 gallons of pickles The amounts for fruit and tossed salad are on the fruit tray page and the plan fopr 100 page. salad section. |
