05/26/15 		Helen, look at the plan for 100 table meat/entree section. If you are planning to serve more than 1 meat at a meal, write me the combos and types of recipes (for example, it takes 3 different amounts of beef for pot roast, stew, and chili), and I will help with the mixed amounts.
