Chicken salad tarts

05/26/15 		How much chicken salad do I fix for 50 people, I am putting it tart cups?

05/26/15 		I generally make at least 1/2 cup per person (my recipe is 1/2 chicken, 1/2 everything else). 1 pound whole chicken makes 1 cup meat, 1 pound boneless skinless chicken makes 2 cups meat.
