Any clever ideas for keeping cream cheese cold during a buffet? I know I can put the bowl of cream cheese into a larger bowl of ice, but that gets messy... Thanks! |

It is safe up to 4 hours without chilling. Maybe put on a pewter plate/tray, set in a larger one lined with those commercial chill packs wrapped in a pretty napkin?At least no drips... |
