My son would like taco salad for his graduation party I am having approximately 120 people I'm not sure how much I should make can you help me? |

Yes. Go to the taco salad recipe here: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/texmex1.html You might do x5 instead of x4- teens eat a lot Or consider doing the taco bar for 100 with 2 #10 cans of nacho cheese or queso and chips (about 12 pounds) instead of taco shells.
