I'm making Polish Style dinner (Fried chicken, Polish sausage, mashed potatoes/gravy, Polish noodles, sweet sour cabbage, green beans, and rolls) buffet for family wedding. How many pounds of bone in chicken do I need to feed 200 people? There will be Polish sausage too. We've always done 1/4 pound per person for the sausage, but I want to make sure to have enough chicken. |

1 piece per person, where a quarter is 2 pieces; weight depends on which pieces you pick. |
