Im confused on serving portions for the cheesy potatoes for a 18 quart roaster, does it serve 120-1/4 cup servings or only 60. I've been reading your measurement page and your recipe. Thank you, Julie Blocker |

A serving is at least 1/2 cup, and many eaters take more. A roaster holds about 60 1/2 to 3/4 cup servings; it can hold more, but the middle gets a bit gummy and the edges or bottom tend to overheat.
