Quantity of sauce

06/08/15 		I need to make vodka sauce for 275 people. How much sauce do I need to make??

06/08/15 		It depends on the amount of pasta, rather than the number of people. I make 1 quart per pound of dry pasta if it is a thick or chunky sauce, decrease about 1/8 for a thin sauce.
