Planning for 120 guests - and requested
Pork roast=50lbs raw
Turkey=50 lbs
plus dressing
Baked potatoes=120
Bacon bites ?
Sour cream?
Corn froze = 25lbs
Broccoli salad=50 lbs to be prepared
Pasta salad-5 gal pails
Wondering if I have the amts correct?

You have maybe too much food.

Pork roast=50lbs raw, serves 100 maybe go 40
Turkey=50 lbs, whole turkey, serves 70. 2 16-18 pound turkeys is enough, unless you want leftovers
plus dressing
Baked potatoes=120
Bacon bites ?
Sour cream?
Use the potato bar to figure your toppings, suggest you add shredded cheese in case of any vegetarians.
Corn froze = 25lbs, OK, none left
Broccoli salad=50 lbs to be prepared, You only need 3-3 1/2 gallons, about 35 pounds
Pasta salad-5 gal pails, max3 gallons with the potatoes
