Boston Butt (pulled pork)
Whole Chicken (small)
Potato Salad
Baked Beans
Green Beans

06/19/15 		If this is a wedding, be sure you have an appetizer plan also.

Boston Butt (pulled pork) 1 pound per 5
8 pounds thin sliced onion
gallon pickles
Whole Chicken (small), 25, cut into quarters and pieces
One crock pot veg sausages or patties for any non-meat eaters. I like Field Roast.

Potato Salad 4 1/2 gallon
Baked Beans 3 1/2 gallons
Make one crock pot meatless for any vegetarian

Green Beans , 27 pounds
