I have hosting a graduation party and serving stuffed shells, sausage and peppers, roast beef sandwiches, chips and two lettuce salads for 80 adults/teenagers and 10 kids. (Will have a few appetizers and desserts too) Thinking 23 pounds of sausage, 15 pound of roast beef, and 200 stuffed shells. Is this enough? Thanks. |
