I having a graduation party starting at 3 till 10 for 220 people I'm serving Roast beef with gravy Broasted Chicken Mostaccioli Roasted red skins potatoes Pasta salad Lettuce salad Roll and butter Any help would be great just want to help plenty of food for the guest . Also having veggie trays and fruit trays |

Roast beef with gravy, at least 80 ponds ready to serve Roasted red skins potatoes, about 80 pounds
Mostaccioli, 1 pound dry pasta per 12, 1 quart sauce per pound, 1/2 -1 pound cheese per pound
