I'm cooking for my daughter's graduation party and Pernil is one of her favorites. How much do I need for 100. I'm also cooking fried and bbq chicken, curry chicken,meatballs, ziti etc. |

Way too many entrees for a close estimate. Do about 25 pounds and freeze what is left... |

Thanks for the quick reply . Do you think I have too many entrees? I love to cook and the menu is based on my daughter's favorites and the fact that the majority of my family doesn't eat pork. I do feel like I have too many chicken entrees. Love your site. I will make a donation when things settle down budget wise. |
