Hi ellen i have to cater 50 to 60 person for lunch this sat. I'm serving beef caldereta and rice my question is how many kilos of beef do i have to cook also the rice how many kilo? |

Very traditional dish! 60 people, for stew I do 30 pounds of beef and 6 of rice, expecting to have some rice left over. |
