Wing Ding for 100 versus whole chicken parts

Hi Ellen,

I have two questions- one for my daughter's grad party and one for an event I'm catering.

First I'm thinking about doing fried and bbq fried wing dings for my daughters grad party versus chicken parts. I'm cooking for 100 people. How many pounds of wing dings do I need?

Second, I'm catering a retirement party for 50 people and the menu consist of:
Macaroni Cheese- my recipe calls for shredded sharp cheddar, mozzarella cheese, and Velveta cheese. 6 eggs, 16 ounces of half and half, and 1 stick of butter.
Fried Chicken
BBQ Chicken
Collard Greens
Meatballs
BBQ Brisket
Salad
Potato Salad
How much of each thing do I need to feed 50 people?

Thank You

Jamilla, is that recipe for 1 pound of dry pasta? I would do 6 9x13.

Fried Chicken, 1 piece per person
BBQ Chicken, about 30 pieces
BBQ Brisket, at least 16 pounds raw, could go 20

Meatballs, appetizers? 6 pounds with 2 quarts sauce.

Salad, use plan for 100 list, do 1/2
Potato Salad, 2 gallons, 18-20 pounds potatoes
Collard Greens, 12 pounds frozen or 25 pounds whole raw

If this saves you time, trouble or money, please make a donation, a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thank you
