Strawberry and cucumber soups

07/03/15 		I am making soups for 100 people. I am serving them in 3 ounce tall shot glasses. Here are the recipes.

Strawberry soup
Greek coconut yogurt
Strawberries
Almond milk unsweetened
Sugar
Lime (essential oils)

Cucumber soup
Cucumber
Onion
Garlic
Almond milk
Coconut yogurt
Cook in olive oil (onion and garlic)
Season to taste.

Recipes will say how many servings but it is not for the 3 ounce size glasses. I don't know how much to buy

07/04/15 		you need 2 1/2 to 3 gallons to make 100 glasses. So you can figure out how much one recipe makes, then you know how to do it. I would do 1 3/4 gallons of each if you are serving both at the same time, as you need extras when you don't know which is preferred.
