One meat buffet for 25-30. Three salads

07/06/15 		How much salad do I need....making Raman oriental, pasta, fresh fruit, do I need? Having pulled pork sandwiches. Thank you.

07/06/15 		If it is just the sandwiches and the salads, do a gallon of the slaw, 2 pounds dry pasta as the pasta salad base, and use the fruit tray for 25 on the fruit tray page as a guide for quantity, adding a quart of extra strawberries, or do 1/3 of any of the fruit salads for 100.
