I want to make crispy chicken sandwiches for 100 guests. I will serve the condiments seperate but I would like to wrap the sandwiches in foil and have them in the oven warm ready to serve. They 7811;ill be made using hamburger buns. What I need is a recipe for a spread for the inside of the bun to keep them moist and add a good flavor. I also plan on warming with cheese on them. ' |

Roberta, by the time they have been dressed, wrapped and held, they won't be very crispy any more. Would you consider doing grilled or baked instead? |

Or maybe chicken burritos? They hold very well. |
