Here are my suggestions: Skipp whiting or fried anything, don't hold and very challenging for large groups. 1 pound wings per 2-3 people. With this many entrees, 1 per 3 would be OK. Consider a chicken alternative. Wings have gone so high, you can do legs or whole chickens for less. |
