reception for 250 people

02/19/06 		I am doing a wedding reception for 250 people, the meat is taken care of, but I could use a recipe for hash brown casserole for that many people, and how much canned corn should I buy?

02/19/06 		Did you loook at the potato casserole recipes on the site? 4 #10 cans makes one 1/2 cup vegetable serving per person. If it is buffet, I would get 12 cans.
