I need to make box cake for 200 guests how many cake mixes will i need . what size pan do you suggest i use right now i only have 2 bundt pan |

1 2 layer mix serves about 12 people. You should either buy commercial mix from a restaurant supply grocery or look at my recipe for simple yellow cake from scratch, you will save a lot of money. A bundt pan hold 1 mix. You can make the cakes two at a time and freeze them. If it is for a wedding cake, there are some good how to sites on the web- it is not my speciality. |
