Hi Chrissy, some things are plenty, some short. This is what I would do for 90 people:

144 big chicken strips- OK
120 petite cold cut sandwiches- unless they are very small, 100 OK
3 sheet pizzas, OK
4lbs of pasta salad,
4lbs macaroni salad,
I would do 4 gallons total for 90 people. Consider doing just one and adding a green salad or a fruit tray, as this is a very heavy menu. Use the plan for 100 table or the fruit tray page for amounts
5lbs baked beans, 32 1/2 to 3 gallons
Tray macaroni and cheese feeds 30, OK
Tray cabbage noodles feeds 30 , OK

I hope this helps. If I have saved you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thank you.

That makes for some appetite! Yes you could do 2 pieces per person, but you could instead add some things- ice cold watermelon, 1/2 to 1 pound per person, definietly add some salads- you could see the salads that hold page on the site; mayb 4 gallons of one you pick. Or how about chips of various kinds- 1 pound per 12, and 1 pint dip or salsa per pound. Thank you for your donation!
