07/27/15 		I am wanting to make shredded beef for 14 adults & 12 kids. How much raw beef would I buy?

07/27/15 		Depends on the age of the kids and whether it is plates or sandwiches. Big kids, plates, 12-13 pounds; little kids, sandwiches, 7-8 pounds. You may fall somewhere in between.
