what is the best way to keep frozen chicken tenders warm after cooking at home in oven? We are having a family reunion this coming Sat- Aug. 15th? Should I keep warm in an electric roaster and if so- what temp and should I place some water underneath the serving pan? Thanks, Deb |

Electric roaster is fine. Transport hot (see the baked potato bar page for how to preheat an ice chest) and have someone turn the roaster to 200 degrees covered before you get there, so it will be hot already. Water just makes things soggy. |
