Thank you... I am catering a bbq for 500...hotdogs and hamburgers.. 2pm..Serving 2 salads.. Caesar and garden.. How much lettuce would I need? Thank you for your help |

Is it self serve? Use the plan for 100 page, make about 3 1/2 times the amounts for each. Hope you have a starchy salad or 2 to fill up the plates and the people! |
