I am planning on doing a simple S'mores bar with graham crackers, chocolate bars or kisses and marshmallow cream (in lieu of marshmallows) for 250 people at my daughter's wedding reception. Need an estimate of how much to buy for each ingredient. Since this will be an additional appetizer, am planning on breaking up the g crackers into 1/4's instead of the usual half cracker. |

Don't do it! It is slow to serve, messy, and people will be in dressy clothes. There are MANY excellent s'more bar recipes on the web- bake away, cut the bars into small pieces, 2-3 bites, and plan on at least 2 per person, and you will have happy eaters and no disasters. |
