I making focaccia for a large party so I making it the day before I'm baking my focaccia with sliced grape tomatoes on top with hard Parmesan cheese my question is would it be OK to serve the next day and leave out overnight I don't want to refrigerated |

No. The tomatoes are an excellent breeding ground for bacteria. Without the tomatoes it would be OK. |
