Salads for 200 people

08/18/15 		I am doing salads for a wedding, 200 people. They are serving Salmon and Pork. I am making 4 salads.
I need to know how much Quinoa salad to make?
How much Cole slaw,
How much Bean salad, and Broccoli Salad?
With 4 salads I think the serving size should be reduced???? Maybe

08/19/15 		This depends a little on the other side dishes, for example, will there be rice or potatoes? If yes, less quinoa.

So, this is what I would do:
Quinoa salad, 8 gallons if few other starches, 6 if rice or potatoes
Cole slaw, 5 gallons
Bean salad, 4-5 gallons
Broccoli Salad, 4-5 gallons
