I was asked to do a fruit table display & a sweet table for 75 people but I don't know how to charge or give customer a price. Please Help! |

Janine, I don't do prices, too much regional and shopping level variation. Take a look at your local prices and also at the pro boards; chef2chef,com cheftalk,com foodservice.com You can also use my dessert planning page and my fruit tray page to figure amounts and then price locally. 75 people is 3/4 of the amount for 100. |
