Hi, I'm planning a 60th birthday party and have several vegetarians attending. I was going to make a spinach tortellini for a side, but just found out it needs to be dairy free. Unfortunately, this recipe uses cheese tortellini, parmesan cheese & heavy cream. Any suggestions on a good, easy pasta side I could make instead? TIA |

Thank you so muchfor your help! I really appreciate it. I was wondering if I'm planning to use fresh pasta will I need 6 lbs for 40 people or was that amount based upon using a dry pasta? |
