Greek themed party

a group of friends are getting together and having a greek themed toga party of 130 expected guests. each of us is doing part of the menu
our menu and quantities are as follows:
2 full trays pastichio
2 full trays moussaka
2 full trays greek sausage and pepper(spetziofia)
130 chicken kebobs aprox 4oz chicken each
50 gyros cut in half
2 full trays rice
2 full trays lemon potatoes
1 full tray roasted vegetables
3 full trays greek salad
